Located just a couple of minutes from the beautiful campus of James Madison University, Madison Ridge is coming into the student housing market where there is a great need for quality new development. James Madison Universities student housing is currently over subscribed. On campus and off campus occupancy rates have reached and at times exceeded their capacity.
